It's been a long long time I do not share on "How to Make"section. That's because I do not make many juice lately (too lazy, yeah ..). But I just want to share the grape juice that I made, several months ago. Yes, summer time we had many grape around and not really on the autumn. So you know when I made it (on summer, off course !). From some grapes gave by my mother in law, and since only me that like to eat the fruit, well …, too much grapes to finish. So, I decide to make it a juice, and it works ! So .., here it is .. The water I put as optional because if with the ice cube the juice already watering enough, then you didn't need it. But just in case, I put it still.

I need to write again the whole story, because I lost the one that I've been wrote. Sometimes it happen when I use mon petite ordinateur (my small laptop). I hope it won't happen again with this new laptop. Yes, now I use this gigantic Gigabyte laptop that used to be used by my hubby. Now he got the new one and let me used the old one. It was nice because more powerful laptop than my previous one. So, last time I wrote about how to make poire citron juice (pear and citron juice). Why pear ? Well, it just because my mother in law left us may fruits in order to us to live healthy. So there are apple, pear and citron, and because I still have plan to make another cake or apple crumble perhaps, I left apples aside and use pear instead. (/fin) It's been a while I do not write about another tips or tricks for cooking. This time I write about How to Enjoy your Pizza differently. It is not about how to make pizza, but another tricks when you're too busy and have no time to prepare your dishes. You can found out many ready to eat pizza at supermarche/supermarket to buy. You just need to heat the pizza for 2 up to 3 minutes using microwave and voila, your ready to eat pizza is ready. You just need to add chili oil pizza (again, ready to buy at supermarche/supermarket) and you can eat your pizza. But this time I persuade you to enjoy your ready to eat pizza differently with another 5 up to 10 minutes preparation to cook this sauce of pizza. (/fin) Remember my previous article about How to Make Simple Juice ? This one do not have related at all with that, except both are how to make a juice. This time I made juice because we have more fruit and need to finish it soon. The best way to do it I think to make it a juice. So I choose pear and clementine to be combine. Do you know clementine ? It is a kind of small orange. I never found it in Indonesia (we have small orange, but not like this). Clementine always (or almost always) sweet, and I usually love cold orange, but somehow I like to eat clementine eventhough it was not cold. You may think strange to eat cold orange. I just found out it was more refreshing when I ate it on cold condition. That's why at Jakarta, I usually kept my orange on refrigerator. But not this one. I call my post How to Make (again) Simple Juice, because it was almost as simple as orange, only this time you need pressed juice and blender to make it. You can try it .. I have this idea to write how to eat without cooking, based on my experience, when I have the lazy time, or I have not strong enough or motivate enough to cook. Believe me, it can happen to me quiet often. When I received the rejection letter from vacancy that I applied, when I have no idea what to make, or when the temperatur is crazy cold enough for me to choose keep inside the blanket. But I learn several way to eat without cooking as follow :
The simple juice in the world I think is pressed orange juice. I call it simple because you do not need to peel the fruit, just cut it, and the rest is the same, clean the pressed juice. Whether manual or electric pressed juice (I use the electric one), I recommend to clean it manually, not with washing machine. Simply because you can make sure there's no residue left. My friend Grace at Jakarta always remind me to drink juice often. Actually not only that. She encourage me to start do bicycle continuosly. She said at least three times per week to make effort of sport worth. Well, I just start once. But I promise her to do it more. I think I start with drink pure juice. Not everyday, but at least now I try to make juice once every two or three days as part of our breakfast. This pressed orange juice is the simple one. This 10 minutes make a juice is the best juice that you can enjoy everyday. THe easiest juice you can make.
(/fin) To be honest, I do not eat much salad when I live in Jakarta. Mostly because I do not like raw vegetable. For example, in Indonesia, we have traditional dishes named "Karedok" it made all from vegetables, but raw and mixed with peanut sauce. I do not much fancy those dishes because it raw. I prefer the more and less the same dishes, but with boiled vegetables, named "Gado-Gado" and "Pecel". Since we move to France, and because the doctor suggest to eat a healthy food, then I should eat Salad. Everytime my mother in law stay at our home, we never missed Salad, because she made it :) When she's not around we eat Salad 2-3 times per week. Because usually the Salad that we bought can not keep for long time. Thus, everytime we buy Salad (on package), we need to eat it during 2 up to 3 times meals. Today I do not want to tell how to make Gado-Gado or Pecel, you can search it in Google. I just want to share how to make simple sauce for your salad. This I learnt from my husband (that perhaps learnt it from my mother in law), and I found it is useful and easy to make. Ingredients :

So, do not forget with 2 : 1 proportion between olive oil and vinegar balsamic. The rest is Salt & Pepper. Easy enough, rite ?
(/fin) Using frying pan, add 1 up to 2 tbsp of olive oil. Put meat/steak on frying pan and make sure olive oil spread on the frying pan and both side of the meat:steak.
