Hello …, today recipe is the recipe with papillote. En papillote or in french mean "in parchment", is a method of cooking in which the food is put into folded pouch or parcel and then baked. In detail definition, you can read definition in English for en papillote. This is the second time I made it. The first time also using a fish to cook, but not a salmon. I forgot the name of fish that i used. I start to try it while watching one television program in France called TOP CHEF from M6. Is a series of cooking competition in France to get the the title of Master Chef. I love that program and (almost) never missed the episode. This recipe I try at the beginnin of first week after long summer holiday. So, you can imagine how dificult those week for me. Everytime I arrive at home, only tired and tired. So, I want to share the recipe of pancake without eggs. This can be a solution if you are really want to eat pancake, but there're no eggs available. I follow the recipe from cuisineaz, with (as usual) some adjustment here and there on the quantity and the ingrédients. The recipe name is Pancake sans œufs. I made this pancake with sauce apple caramelize (aux pommes caraméliser), that's why I called my recipe "Pancake aux pommes sans d'œufs". I hope you will like it .. Hello September !
