Today recipe is the one that I invented. At the beginning, I want to make a Ramen. Apparently, the package of Ramen that I had already had the seasoning Inside. Thus, I change my mind and using Soba Noodles instead. Like that, I still can use the chicken broth that I made. I try this recipe two times. The first one, I made it too salty. I frgot that the Soba Noodles already salty. So, the next time cook, I only use half of chicken broth cube, and do not add the more salt Inside the broth. Moreover, the soja sauce already salty. As you can guess, the chilli as well I only use for me. For my husband, I do not use it, because as you know he can not support the chilli. So, here is my Chicken Soba Noodles recipe. Today recipe inspired by the cook book that I had, "CUISINE SUPER FACILE : tout le monde peut cuisiner!", or in English the title of the book more and less is "EASY COOK : everyone can cook!" by Natacha Arnoult. I use this book for several of my cook. I use 100% from the recipe or sometimes add here and there, dépends on what I had on the fridge. The original recipe called "Quiche Lorraine", but I add Champignon de Paris to have more taste and I can tell it worth to try. This is the first time I made Quiche, and also the first time I use pâte brisée (pasta ready to use that I bought on supermaket. I use the pâte brisée with free of palm oïl, and it taste sooo .. good. You will not dissapointed I can guarantee .. Here we go .. Today recipe already cook on December last year, but I just have time to share with you all today. This Tomates Farcies recipe I made by one of my cook book that I had with title GRAND CLASSIQUES : Premiers Pas from Hachette Cuisine. Yes, is a French book (LOL). That book been given for me from my mother in law. Inside there're many recipe that I already try as well. I forgot which, but some. This recipe a bit similar with the recipe Stuffed Tomatoes with Lean Ground Beef that once I made (you can found the recipe as well on my blog link above). But, a bit different. If you ask me, even this recipe a bit difficult for me to follow, I prefer this recipe because less complicated. So, not to worry .. Maybe you protest that most of my recipe is pasta. Well, I can tell that for the person like me (who can not cook), pasta is the easy ingrédients to make, and you never run out idea how to make it and create it, compare to other ingrédients.
