It's been a while I didn't write on my blog. I know … I am apologize for my lack of time. I have no time to write between my formation (school) and chores to made at house. Now the formation is fiish and I have a bit time to write. The recipe that i want to share today actually I made it months ago. Fortunately, I promise one of my friend to send him the recipe, for his sister. So, I still have my notes of my recipe on my WhatsApp application. I notice that I had the more and less the same recipe Beef Bolognaise Lasagna that I wrote two years ago. But this recipe is a bit different, and frankly speaking, I love this recipe more than the others. The way to make it as well is more simple because without carrot and using the mozarella cheese on top of it. So .., here is it my recipe. Enjoy ..

Today recipe will be named a bit differently between my blog boekankoki (here) and boekankoki.fr (in French). Because the original name of the dishes is Tongseng Sapi. It is a traditional dishes from Central and East Java that really famous. The recipe Tongseng itself originally using the goat meat. But this time, the recipe that I cook is refer to the recipe Tongseng Sapi (Beef Tongseng) from Central Java. The recipe original was came from the recipe Tongseng Sapi without coconut milk from the restaurant Dlidir in Solo, West Java. I give you the link as well (as usual), but unfortunatelt it's written in Bahasa. Unless, you can read Indonesian, the recipe may be a bit difficult for you to follow. Unfortunately as well, I use the principal of how it cook. So some of the ingrédients may not exist just because I do not have it, and I improvised. But the taste is Today I make an experiment to cook Ramen. After several days searching and try to have insight how to make ramen, I try to make my own ramen recipe. Apparently most of ramen use sauce mirin (it's a Japanese sake based on rice and sweet). I do not have it at home and I do not know how to make it (to replace the mirin sauce). Thus, I just try to make the simple version of ramen, and so far it was delicious. Eventhough I sense it missed Something Inside, but I do not know what. Perhaps that sake will give more flavour Inside. Perhaps. I will try it later on when I have the mirin sauce. For now, here is my beef ramen simple recipe ... Today recipe inspired by several Ragù Bolognese recipe that I see from internet. I will not specify which one because I will mix all of them (hahaha). Moreover, the original recipe using carrot and other vegetables. Since my husband do not like carrot (and he still insist that sauce bolognaise with carrot it is like blaspheme), thus, I skip the carrot and make my own recipe. For pasta, I use special black spaghetti, or the name on the packet is Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia. It is normal spaghetti that mix with ink of cuttlefish that made black color on it. If you think it will be fish smell, you are wrong, It was not smelly at all, not even smell of sea water, Today recipe already cook on December last year, but I just have time to share with you all today. This Tomates Farcies recipe I made by one of my cook book that I had with title GRAND CLASSIQUES : Premiers Pas from Hachette Cuisine. Yes, is a French book (LOL). That book been given for me from my mother in law. Inside there're many recipe that I already try as well. I forgot which, but some. This recipe a bit similar with the recipe Stuffed Tomatoes with Lean Ground Beef that once I made (you can found the recipe as well on my blog link above). But, a bit different. If you ask me, even this recipe a bit difficult for me to follow, I prefer this recipe because less complicated.
