I still can not found mâche salad here at Jakarta, but I think this salad is okay too .. I buy salad in the supermarket (foodhall) and still have a bit chicken stripes and tomate cherry. The first experiment is without biscotte. The second one I add grated biscotte and I prefer the taste with biscotte. Thus, this recipe I shared is the one with biscotte. If you do not like the biscotte, you just ignore it. If I can suggest, add the biscotte. It was delicious. Have I told you that to grate the biscotte here, I use the tools for crushing garlic, due to I do not have the proper grated tools/machine. Fortunately the result is okay .p

Having Gordon Ramsay's Cook book for long time without try one of his recipe but just read is a not so proud achievement for me. So one day, I try to search one recipe that I might can follow, and I stumble on "Bloody Mary Linguine" recipe. Since some (or most of them?) ingredients not available, now you know why I named my recipe "Bloody Mary Pasta Wannabe", because is so strange to nemed it "Supposed to be Bloody Mary Pasta" or "Just Like Bloody Mary Pasta", rite ?? So, here I am, with no Red Onion (that I change with White/Yellow Onion), no Tabasco sauce (that I change with sweet chilli sauce), no Vodka (that I skipped it), and no white breadcrumbs (that I change with biscotte), no Linguini (that change with Spaghetti), and add minced beef inside, I made my own recipe and I think it was good. You can try it :) Expecting me to write (almost) everyday at Jakarta is really difficult. Most of the time while I am here, I meet up with families and friends. Friends from office, last office, high school, university, etc .. and sometimes we're out to finish some paper works to do, and ended up eat at restaurant or my parents house, or friend's house. Thus since I return to Jakarta I think I only cook 4 or 5 times only. This Chicken Fried Rice actually I cook two days ago. While in one part we need to do saving, and in another part I have several ingredients that need to cook. The way of cook is mixed between my Nasi Goreng Special recipe and Riz sauté au Lardon et à l'Ananas recipe that I made months ago.
