Hello .. hello ... It's been a long long time that i haven't time to write. For cook as well, exceept (and not always) in the weekend. The good news is .... I found a job ! Yeah .., still on the contract for 2 years, but I hope I can stay longer. And believe me, I have all day hectic, so I almost can't cook. Sometimes I cook in the weekend and let the dishes for 2-3 days. Beside of that, pizza, ,order food and my husband who take care of it. Today, or this weekend I want to share my recipe of Gaufres légères. I try 2 times, and I think this recipe is worth to share with you. Perhaps this is the last post of mine in 2018. 3 days more before end of the year 2018, and I want to benefit the time with my family and also prepare for the next formation that I wish I had opportunity to attend in 2019. Today recipe is an Apple Crumble. If you still remember, yes, almost 2 years ago I made almost the same recipe, Crumble aux Pommes pour Noël. The recipe that I tried today is not actually the same recipe. I found the recipe from BBC goodfood. It's called The best apple crumble. If they said it is the best, how can I am not tempting to tried it, right ? You also perhaps notice that just two days ago I wrote the recipe with apples as a base the ingrédients, and today again, apples. Well …, you are right, that I had some apples to finish (as usual) before it is not good and I need to throw away. What ashame is it ? Merry Christmas to all of my blog reader. I hope you passed a good and wonderful Christmas time with your family and loves one. I bake a lot for this Christmas, because I had much time at home. For today recipe, I want to share recipe of Beignets aux pommes. You can called it Apples donuts if I translate it in English. The warm snack that I found so tempting for the winter time. If you do not like fried food, perhaps you won't so adore with my recipe. But I suggest uou to try it. It Worth and a bit change from all apple cakes that usually you made if you have several apples to make. I follow recipe from website 750g with the title Beignets aux pommes de grand mère or if I translate it again in English is Apple donuts from grand mother. Nice right .. Today I want to a bit show-off about my first attempt to make Cannelés. Cannelés is a famous French dessert. You can found it almost just like macaron. At Jakarta, you can found also this dessert, mostly on the café or restaurant with French ambiance. One of the café that I knew and I think a good one is Cafe Sophie Authentique. I used to go there with my good friend from Volvo (or ex Volvo because now only one left as Volvo employee). I also well remember the name because it's just like the name of my good friend, Sophie. Eventhough this dessert is soo good, the price itself a bit pricey for Jakarta area. The box of 4 small cannelés has price around 2 EUR (so around 50 centimes EUR each). The grand one is about 1,3 EUR. I remember buy this dessert on 4, and we ate one each person. So pricey … or not ? Apparently, 8 december is a national day of brownies. To celebrate the brownies day, I present as well my recipe of brownies. This is an old recipe that I already made many times. I even Always make the black fores based on this chocolat brownies. I made it two mold of brownies and then put it one on top of the other and put the whipped cream in between. This brownnies also have the long history. Long time ago, I used to made it and send it by the post, on the packet, At that time, there's no Go-Food or Go-Send, but I already sent it to another city :p A long and funny history if I remember again. How come ? But just I like chocolate so much, I love this brownies recipe as well. This recipe never failed me. |
