It's been a while since my last post. Really sorry that I have no time to write, but I assure you that I still cook (for sure). With this covid19 pandemi, eventhough I work from home, I realize that I work more (time) at home than at the office. So, it was difficult to adjust and to spend more time (really more time, because I do all by myself for my blog, from idea, cooking, writing, take a picture and editing). Today I want to spend a bit of time to write a recipe that I made by myself. Yes, no googling, no marmiton or cookpad (LOL). So, I had me time at home, and somehow I really missed bakmi goreng. I think I had wrote it on my blog before on Bakmi Goreng Vegetarien, but this time I naming my cook as Java Spaghetti, Java because that's my origin island and spaghetti because I made it from spaghetti (bien sûre).

Today recipe is the one that I invented. At the beginning, I want to make a Ramen. Apparently, the package of Ramen that I had already had the seasoning Inside. Thus, I change my mind and using Soba Noodles instead. Like that, I still can use the chicken broth that I made. I try this recipe two times. The first one, I made it too salty. I frgot that the Soba Noodles already salty. So, the next time cook, I only use half of chicken broth cube, and do not add the more salt Inside the broth. Moreover, the soja sauce already salty. As you can guess, the chilli as well I only use for me. For my husband, I do not use it, because as you know he can not support the chilli. So, here is my Chicken Soba Noodles recipe. If you have tried it and have suggestion, please give me your comments below .. Today menu is Bubur Ayam. Bubur ayam is one of the traditional dishes in Indonesia. It was origin Chinese, but since long time ago already adapted and become one of traditional food in Indonesia. You can easily found bubur ayam whenever you go around Indonesia. Remember, just like bakmi ayam abang-abang LOL) or until the chic and famous restaurant in the mall. The taste also have many variety. Sometimes I can tell that the best bubur ayam is the one selling on the street staal or street food cart. When I worked at chic and prestigeous Senayan office, one of my colleague and best friend, Lia, sometimes bring me some bubur ayam abang-abang in the morning that she bought close to Kalibata (the street food cart vendor passed by on the complex around Today's recipe that I want to share is recipe Poulet Basquaise.
