It's been a while I didn't write on my blog. I know … I am apologize for my lack of time. I have no time to write between my formation (school) and chores to made at house. Now the formation is fiish and I have a bit time to write. The recipe that i want to share today actually I made it months ago. Fortunately, I promise one of my friend to send him the recipe, for his sister. So, I still have my notes of my recipe on my WhatsApp application. I notice that I had the more and less the same recipe Beef Bolognaise Lasagna that I wrote two years ago. But this recipe is a bit different, and frankly speaking, I love this recipe more than the others. The way to make it as well is more simple because without carrot and using the mozarella cheese on top of it. So .., here is it my recipe. Enjoy ..

Well ..., it almost weekend everyone. Friday is the day that most of people wait, because it mean week-end approach. For me everyday mostly the same. Sometime a bit boring with activities that always the same everyday. Wake up, prepare breakfast, do some chores at home, cook, prepare for dinner, Watch television, and sometimes join some e-learning in IT or in Management that I can found free on the internet. Learn French too, also through internet. All Learning process I conduct while browsing for some jobs around (or post my CV on here and there company). Believe it or not, I even have excell file that record which company I post, when I post and when I've been rejected. Sounds like detail person, right ? Yeah, rite .. Today I use recipe from one of my cook book, gave by my mother in law. The title of the book is GRAND CLASSIQUES premiers pas, from hachette cuisine Publisher. This book apparently is one of the series L'Ecole de la Cuisine (débutants) or if I translate in English is series of Cooking School (for beginner). So, it is definately the right book for me. I already try or adapted some (not many) of their recipes like Chicken Caesar Salad (on the book is Caesar Salad), Escalopes de Veau panées, Conchiglie aux Tomates (on the book is Escalopes de Veau panées, bucatini aux tomates cerise) and Gratin Dauphinois, but for Gratin Dauphinois, I mix it with the other recipe that I found on internet. Today recipe inspired by my Spaghetti Bolognaise recipe. But since I have several egg plant (aubergine) at home, and you may know that I do not like Aubergine, thus I try to think about how I can cook (and eat it) willingly. Thus I came up with idea to make pasta bolognaise with aubergine. Another thing to change that I use macaroni, instead of usually spaghetti or fetuchini pasta. Still, you can use spaghetti or fetuchini if you like. I just a bit bored with long pasta, thus I use macaroni instead. And the result, I can eat aubergine without hesitation :) So, here is my recipe .. This is how if you do not have some of the ingrédients and come up with Something that nearly succeed. I said nearly succeed because with the same ingrédients I can make Risotto as well. This time recipe I found it from internet from goodhousekeeping, with the same title Stuffed Tomatoes with Lean Ground Beef. I have ground beef at home and some of tomatoes, so I search at Google with those two key words and found out this recipe. Eventhough I change some of the ingrédients, for example I use round tomatoes, better to use long tomatoes. Another thing that I change is instead using feta cheese, I use goat cheese (because no feta cheese at home), also there's no Panko, thus I use grated biscotte instead. |
