Today I make an experiment to cook Ramen. After several days searching and try to have insight how to make ramen, I try to make my own ramen recipe. Apparently most of ramen use sauce mirin (it's a Japanese sake based on rice and sweet). I do not have it at home and I do not know how to make it (to replace the mirin sauce). Thus, I just try to make the simple version of ramen, and so far it was delicious. Eventhough I sense it missed Something Inside, but I do not know what. Perhaps that sake will give more flavour Inside. Perhaps. I will try it later on when I have the mirin sauce. For now, here is my beef ramen simple recipe ...

Today recipe that I want to share is a recipe of soup or la soupe in French. As you may know, soup in France mostly are a cream-soup. Not like soup in Indonesia that seems like bouillon in French or broth. If you remember I once shared Soupe aux Asperge, Carotte et Mais or another one that a bit similar : Soup Crab Asparagus. Both is like broth soup and like I said, my husband or French not use to have that kind of soup (even if it was delicious). So, my mother in law have shown me many times how to make a soup (French soup). She often use the high pressure casserole or pan to make it, and it cook very fast. I do not use high pressure casserole, but just the normal casserole or sauce pan. Moreover I was not in hurry to make it, so I just benefit and enjoy the time. Today's recipe that I want to share is recipe Poulet Basquaise. This is the second time I try the recipe. The first one ran well, but I forgot to write it directly on my blog, thus, I forgot. This time, I try not to forget to write it, eventhough delay 2-3 days, because I wrote it first on my french blog boekankoki.fr, then to this blog. This recipe inspired me, after saw one show on the television called TOP CHEF. It is a television program here in France for several Chef who compete each other to gain the trophy and the title to be a TOP CHEF. On one of the episode of TOP CHEF, all contestan need to cook Poulet Basquaise recipe from the Chef Hélène Darroze. When I watched it, I got inspired to try it one day. Thus, I search on internet and found several recipe of Poulet Basquaise. |
