Perhaps this is the last post of mine in 2018. 3 days more before end of the year 2018, and I want to benefit the time with my family and also prepare for the next formation that I wish I had opportunity to attend in 2019. Today recipe is an Apple Crumble. If you still remember, yes, almost 2 years ago I made almost the same recipe, Crumble aux Pommes pour Noël. The recipe that I tried today is not actually the same recipe. I found the recipe from BBC goodfood. It's called The best apple crumble. If they said it is the best, how can I am not tempting to tried it, right ? You also perhaps notice that just two days ago I wrote the recipe with apples as a base the ingrédients, and today again, apples. Well …, you are right, that I had some apples to finish (as usual) before it is not good and I need to throw away. What ashame is it ?

For today recipe, I want to share recipe of Beignets aux pommes. You can called it Apples donuts if I translate it in English. The warm snack that I found so tempting for the winter time. If you do not like fried food, perhaps you won't so adore with my recipe. But I suggest uou to try it. It Worth and a bit change from all apple cakes that usually you made if you have several apples to make. I follow recipe from website 750g with the title Beignets aux pommes de grand mère or if I translate it again in English is Apple donuts from grand mother. Nice right .. Today I want to share cake of banana or Gateau aux bananes recipe. It was the second time I made it. I forgot whether the same or different recipe that I used, but the taste is the same. I really like banana cake and it is delicious to eat it while sip a glass of capuccino. I decorate my cake with icing sugar and sprinkle it with small ball colourful sugar. I use recipe from Marmiton. I only add some ingrédients that suggested by other people who try those recipe. The original recipe is "Cake à la banane facile et rapide". I can translate it for you as "Cake banana that easy to make". I do not know why he use those title, but I am happy with my title Gâteau aux bananes :) So, here is it .. Today recipe is a "Tarte aux pommes" or "Tart of Apple"if I translate it in English. The idea of the recipe I follow from the site of marmiton. It is one of the site recipe that I can recommend you to follow. Because many times their recipe is easy to follow and if you want to improvise it, you can as well, and the result is still good. For example the original recipe it called "Tarte aux pommes à l'Alsacienne". They made a beautiful flower from the sliced of the apples. Me, I still can not succeed to make it. Mainly because i sliced the apple manually, so that the slice is still not fine (a bit more bigger and fragile everytime I roll it to be a flower). So, I improvise it, not create a flower but just put the slice of apples around the pan. I knew the appearance not so beautiful, but I guarantee the taste is sooo yummy … So, here it is .. This recipe I try at the beginnin of first week after long summer holiday. So, you can imagine how dificult those week for me. Everytime I arrive at home, only tired and tired. So, I want to share the recipe of pancake without eggs. This can be a solution if you are really want to eat pancake, but there're no eggs available. I follow the recipe from cuisineaz, with (as usual) some adjustment here and there on the quantity and the ingrédients. The recipe name is Pancake sans œufs. I made this pancake with sauce apple caramelize (aux pommes caraméliser), that's why I called my recipe "Pancake aux pommes sans d'œufs". I hope you will like it .. |
