Today recipe inspired by the cook book that I had, "CUISINE SUPER FACILE : tout le monde peut cuisiner!", or in English the title of the book more and less is "EASY COOK : everyone can cook!" by Natacha Arnoult. I use this book for several of my cook. I use 100% from the recipe or sometimes add here and there, dépends on what I had on the fridge. The original recipe called "Quiche Lorraine", but I add Champignon de Paris to have more taste and I can tell it worth to try. This is the first time I made Quiche, and also the first time I use pâte brisée (pasta ready to use that I bought on supermaket. I use the pâte brisée with free of palm oïl, and it taste sooo .. good. You will not dissapointed I can guarantee .. Here we go ..

I do not know what to name my dishes right now, so I just called it Nasi Goreng Jawa. Actually it is a normal fried-rice, without chicken or anything, just I add fried eggs and some chilli called Sambal Teri Kacang. Teri is a name of small fish that usually salty. Kacang is peanuts. This chilli I got from my auntie. She has doctor conference in Geneva and because she do not have Schengen visa, she can not visit us. Fortunatelly one of my cousine who live in Le Creusot can make to visit her during her daughter school Holiday. So, she sent it all to me, and I can enjoy this Sambal Teri Kacang. For those who can not support chilli, you can skip it, because even for Indonesian, I can tell it is really hot chilli. Hello February ! It is a month of love for some persons who celebrate Valentine's day. Me myself only once celebrate it. Long time ago when I still in junior high school and attend the valentine's paty bash. After, just prepare chocolate for senior in high school during 1st year there. After that, 14th February is like just another day. Same day, same activities. I just think it was nice to use mold of cake on form of heart. Moreover my other round mold, still have issue everytime I used it. So, this mold I think is perfect to start the February. This recipe as well gave by my mother in law. She as well found it from site Cuisine Actuelle, and send it me the link. I thought it is more easy than my other recipe Gâteau aux Pommes or French Apple Cake. This time recipe I got from another cook book that I bought. The title of the book is Le meilleur de l'alimentation sans gluten or in English I can translate as The best ingrédients without gluten. I do not yet read all Inside the book (because beside recipe, it was also have some information about non gluten ingrédients, etc ... etc). I just fast flip back and forth the book to see the recipe, and since not all recipe have the picture on it, it was not easy to decide whether I can try it or not. Then I have this recipe, and now I know that Frittata that usually I made is the same translation pf Tortilla. Only Spanish people say it Tortilla and Italian call it Frittata. But again, the way of cooking is different. Well it definitely the purpose of my blog, to show that everyone can cook, to help some woman or man out there who just like me, can't cook but need to cook.
