The idea to make this carbo dishes comes from food that you can easily found on Chinese restaurant in Indonesia. In Indonesia we call it Ayam Goreng Mentega (Chicken fried with Butter sauce), and the original recipe is using Worcestershire sauce (kecap Inggris) and lime. As you might guess, both of those ingrédients is not available on my kitchen, nor did the piece of chicken. Instead I had chicken fillet on my refrigerator. Thus I try to search on Mr Google, how to subtitute Worcestershire sauce, you know like I found out how to subtitute wine on the dishes.

It's has been a while since the last time I share my blog recipe. This past two weeks, I was busy reading a technical book (IT) and also help on preparation for my senior high school's reunion on next Sept 17th. Off course I can't come due to the event is in Jakarta, but it was not reduce my passion to involved on the commitee. My husband can't understand it ,"You even can't come and participate on the date of reunion", that what he said to me. I just raise my shoulder and not argument much. I know it is difficult to be understand by people outside the power of community in Jakarta. Moreover this community called Tarakanita. From where I learnt much from the past, the place where I start growing up my independent. So, to be part of that, eventhough I will not able (body and flesh) be there on the day of reunion, is Something very important for me. I call my recipe as my husband mark it. Tartiflette Maison he said. It called like that because it was like Tartiflette but since it was not baked at all, then we called it Tartiflette Maison. This is other of my experiment to finish potatoes and lardon (smoked bacon) at my refrigerator. You can eat it just like that or with salad on the side like we do. This is part of my experiment in cooking. As you might know I do not like cucumber. For me, it is tasteless and Strange. Not in Jakarta, not in here, I do not like it. If you remember about my kind neighbour with their vegetables garden, they once give us cucumber as well. Two I gave it to my mother in law (hahaha .., a quick way to remove it from my ingrédients), and the last two I (like it or not) kept it. Then I try to search on internet, whether any possibilities to cook those cucumber. Apparently they have, and from several recipe on internet, they cook it just like to make ratatouille. So, on one fine day, I try to cook it and serve it with fillet fish and a bit of rice (I use black rice, but you can use normal rice too). What is the best thing to do to throw away anxiety beside writing ? I hope with writing, I will be more calm Inside me. What anxiety me is about a job and working in France. I told you that I still search job in France, and the one that barier me most is about language. France language is not easy to learn. Everyday now I speak and communicate with France language, but still I some have lost in translation here and there. This morning I got call from CA at 7am here. They search for SAP functional, and found my name from my LinkedIn profile. It's tempting, but I still have anxiety about me presenting in French, and me about almost 5years ago not touching SAP MM (my last work only for SAP FI implementation).
