Today recipe I got from internet. Since I wrote blog, everytime before I want to cook, I think to cook Something new. Perhaps on the sake to have Something to write, but also because somehow I get boring to cook the same dishes everytime. Thus, if not "Let's eat pizza today"or just heat some canned food, I am a bit bored cook the same dishes all the time. So, when I should cook chicken, I try to search on the internet any idea to cook chicken breast. Then I drop on this website delish, and apart some ingrédients I do not have precisely, I think their Caprese Chicken recipe tempting enough to be tried. So, here is my adaptation from their recipe with the same name ... Ingrédients (for 2 persons) : - 2 breast fillet chicken - 2 tomates - 2 garlic - 1 up to 2tbsp balsamic vinegar - 1tbsp olive oïl - Salt & Pepper - dry basilic - 1/2 round mozarella Preparation : - Dry breast fillet chicken with paper towel and seasoning it with salt and Pepper. Put it separate. - Wash the tomate, take out the top of it and cut it on sliced around 6 up to 8 sliced each. Put it separate. - Peel garlic and cut it on minced. Put it separate. How to Cook : - Using frying pan, pre heat olive oïl around 1 minute on medium heat. - Cook chicken breast Inside, around 6 minutes each side or until it well cook. Take it out from the pan and put it separate. - Using the same pan, add balsamic vinegar Inside, stir it well, then add garlic and mix them well until fragrant around 1 minute. - Add tomate and salt, let it simmer until tomate start to soft, around 7 up to 10 minutes. - Add basil Inside and mix them well. - Add cooked chicken Inside, and nestle it with tomatoes. - Top chicken with mozarella (around 2 each), covered the pan and let mozarella melt around 3 up to 5 minutes. - When mozarella start to melt, take out chicken on the pan, and served it on the plate. - Covered it with tomatoes before to served. Bon Appétit! I suggest to use transparent cover lid when you add mozarella on top of chicken. It easier and help you to Survey the mozarella and make sure when you take out it start to melt (and not over melted).
Mine start to melt on 3 up to 5 minutes, but it dépends on the heat on your stove. This caprese chicken is really delicious. You can eat it with pasta or potatoes. Me, I eat it with salad mix with mozarella and dressing with olive oïl+balsamic vinegar+salt+pepper. I hope you enjoy my recipe, and do not forget to check out my new recipe regularly.
