This recipe actually is an old recipe. I already tried it years ago, while I was still at Jakarta (and I was still Young .. hahhaa). So, long time ago, I Always bought some magasine for woman off course. Inside, sometime they had some recipe or ideas or Something. For recipe,, if I try the recipe and I like it (and succeed off course), then I cut the page and puit it on my recipe book. Yes, I have small pink book whereas I glue the interresting recipe Inside.So interesting right ? I still kept that book. Well Inside,, they are not much recipe, because as I mention long time ago, I do not cook and I do not like cook. At those period, normally I cook a cake (or cookies) for birthday or Something .. Well, it's an old time. Some memories reste, but I keep look ahead and do not look back (except lookk back the recipe .. LOL). So, this is my recipe of cheese stick. Eventhough some ingrédients missed I change it with others. I forgot on which magazine I got this recipe. The original name of this recipe is "Batang Keju bumbu kari". If I translate it in English you can call it "Cheese stick with curry seasoning". You can see my cook book on the gallery image below the recipe .. So, here it is …, my cheese stick. Perhaps if you use the edam cheese and chedar cheese, the taste of this cheese stick is better.
But trust me, I use all with emmental cheese and it work correctly. It tasted delicious. How can I know ? Well, the cookies are rest only 2 days at home (only we two). So, you can imagine. I even need to create another one the next day because the cookies are finished (all on our stomach). So, do not hesitate to try my recipe. We'll seeing you again soon with the new recipe ..
