Who doesn't know Caesar Salad ? It is a standard and easy to find on Salad menu section at the restaurant. If you are on diet, and just want to eat Salad and do not know which salad to choose, then Caesar Salad come as a solution (because you can mostly can find it on every restaurant). If you remember during my trip to Jakarta, almost everyday I order Caesar Salad from Go-Food apps, and almost always on the same restaurant. They even recognize me when once I phone the restaurant for the missed on my order. This Caesar Salad (for me) is special, because the main ingrédients which is salade is coming from our neighbour. Yes, they have garden salad, actually they have some vegetables garden, such as tomates, salad, cucumber and zucchini. It was not the first time they shared vegetables from their garden. Once even the wife rang a bell on our house just to say, "Come behind, I want share our vegetables for you". What a such lovely middle age couples, and kind. I am not a chit chat person not like my husband, but several times when he was out to take care our garden (grass, not vegetables LOL), then he will come back with bag full of vegetables, just like yesterday. So, for dinner tonight I should use the salad, because it will not last longer. So, I open a recipe book bought by my mother in law, with title 'Grand Classiques premiers pas', it is a really good recipe book for dummy like me, and I try it .. It was good to eat salad, beside mâche. I do not know whether because the salad come from home garden or what, but the taste is really good. Did I told you that all vegetables from the garden of my neighbour are gigantic. This salad, zucchine and tomate. I even once only need 1 gigantic tomate to make bolognaise sauce (imagine, that usually I need 3 up to 4 tomate to make sauce for 2 person). So, perhaps I need to start learn for gardening. Even I am a bit doubt with my hand (well, all plant mostly dies on my hand). We'll see ... perhaps any miracles happen ?
