Well, today recipe is the recipe that I invent. I mean, I create by myself. Just try to remember how to mix one and another ingrédients. It is more delicious if you add chili Inside, trust me. But, since my husband can not stand with chilli, thus I just use chilli for garnish only (that still I can eat off course). The way to make it is very easy and I am sure that everybody can cook it. So, not to worry .. Maybe you protest that most of my recipe is pasta. Well, I can tell that for the person like me (who can not cook), pasta is the easy ingrédients to make, and you never run out idea how to make it and create it, compare to other ingrédients. I do not know whether you agree with me or not. So, without wasting the time, let we start to cook .. Ingrédients (for 2 persons) : - Fettuccine pasta for 2 persons - 100gr smoke bacon on the shape of cubes - 125gr canned mushroom - 20cl fresh cream - 2 shallot - 1 garlic - 1/2 onion - Salt & Pepper - dry Parsley (for garnish) - 1/2 up to 1 big red chilli (for garnish) Preparation : - Cut mushroom on the sliced. Put it separate. - Peel shallot, and cut it on sliced. Put it separate. - Peel garlic and cut it on minced. Put it separate. - Peel onion and cut it on minced. Put it separate. - Cut red chilli on sliced italics. Put it separate. - Using sauce pan, cook fettuccini on the hot salty boil water around 10 minutes (all dente). Take a separate a bit of water from cook pasta, then drained the pasta and put it separate. How to Cook : - Using frying pan, cook smoke bacon until it well cook on the medium heat. Take it out from the pan and put it separate. Let the fat from bacon on the pan. - Using the same pan, add garlic, shallot and onion and cook with the fat from the bacon. - Let it cook until onion and shallot half cook. - Add mushroom, salt and pepper and cook again until all well cook. - Add cooked smoked bacon Inside and fresh cream. - Mix them well and stir it well. - If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit water from cook pasta (I only add around 10cl Inside). - Add fettuccine pasta Inside and mix them well. - Take it out on the pan, and serve it on the plate. - Add dry parsley and red chilli on top of it. Bon Appétit ! See ..., it really easy to make it, and I guarante that it was delicious.
As I mention before, if you like chilli, you can add many red chilli on top of your pasta and mix them well before to eat it. But if your stomach can not support it, I suggest to avoid it and let it just for garnish only (or you can skip it). Okay. I hope you enjoy my recipe this time. See you again on the other recipe ..
