Well ..., it almost weekend everyone. Friday is the day that most of people wait, because it mean week-end approach. For me everyday mostly the same. Sometime a bit boring with activities that always the same everyday. Wake up, prepare breakfast, do some chores at home, cook, prepare for dinner, Watch television, and sometimes join some e-learning in IT or in Management that I can found free on the internet. Learn French too, also through internet. All Learning process I conduct while browsing for some jobs around (or post my CV on here and there company). Believe it or not, I even have excell file that record which company I post, when I post and when I've been rejected. Sounds like detail person, right ? Yeah, rite .. I hope you do not mind to read a bit about me today. Not like another day. By the way, I succeed to wrote first on my French blog, then here. But I always wait until I wrote here to post on my Instagram. Today recipe is inspired by recipe that I found on Boucherie. Boucherie is a place where you can buy meat. Eventhough I am living on small city in France, but we mostly provided with enough stores around us. We have several boulangerie (place you can but bread or croissant), several boucherie (place where you can buy meat, halal, yes we have many arabian and turk around, or normal :p ), several chaine supermarket, several hair salon and several small boutique. Not bad for small city with around 5000 habitant (people live). So, last night after back from aquagym and swim (yes, I am sportive person ! LOL), we pass by boucherie store (non halal, LOL), and there I found many leafleat of recipe for free to cook the meat. One that I took have recipe called "Pavés de veau sauce à l'orange et au basilic". Well, veau is calf meat in English. Orange and basilic, you can guess, rite? The challange that I had, we do not bought pavé de veau, but we buy escalope de veau (pavés have more thick meat that escalope or cutlet). And ..., I had no orange at home, just citron. But the recipe mention that I can change orange with citron and change basilic with persil. Thus, I made my own recipe that still inspired by the original recipe that I had. So, here is, my Escalope de veau sauce à le citron et au basilic .. Enjoy ... Ingrédients (for 2 persons) :

How to Cook :
You can see a bit of original recipe on the picture above (picture on the right). I improvise a bit the recipe to have escalope de veau more cook and to have a bit sauce absorb on the meat.
I think it will become one of our favourite meal so far. Happy weekend and enjoy cooking everyone ! (/fin)
