This recipe I got from internet, in order to search any other way to cook potatoes. When I told and show my husband the recipe I found on my IPhone, he saw and just make short comment, "Are you sure ? It was not easy to cook". That's how he encourage me (NOT). Moreover when he saw it before I put it on the oven, he was more discourage. But surprisingly, it run well, eventhough I almost destroy one sauce pan, because too long to cook the milk :p I can tell you, even until today, I still try to rescue those my sauce-pan. And when he taste it, he said that it is good, and surprise that I can succeed on my first attemp to cook it. He just do not understand how persistant his wife is (LOL). So, here is the recipe ... Ingrédients (for 2 persons) : - 6 up to 7 small-meddium potatoes - 1 up to 2 garlic - 20cl fresh cream - 70gr butter - 80cl milk - dry nutmeg - Salt - Pepper Preparation : - Peel garlic and cut it on minced. Put it separate. - Peel potatoes, and using slice machine, cut potatoes on thin sliced round. Put it separate. - Take bakeware ceramic and rubbed it with butter on all side. Put it separate. How to Cook : - Using sauce-pan, heat milk until boiled. Add garlic, salt, Pepper, dry nutmeg and mixed them well. - Add sliced thin round potatoes and cook again around 15 - 25 minutes or until the mix potatoes and milk thick. - While cook,, stir well the milk and potatoes to avoid it burnt. - While milk and potatoes still cooked, pre-heat oven 250 degree C around 5 up to 10 minutes. - Put mix potatoes and milk on bakeware ceramic. - Covered it with fresh cream and piece of butter on each side. - Put on the oven for around 60 minutes until well cook. - Take it out and served it with meat or other Carbo you had.
