Perhaps due to I want to share some of healthy food, or perhaps I want to share to you, the idea to cook Something that you can found it easily. If I told you that I use all the canned vegetables, you may say, "Hey, it is not healthy at all". But, sometimes you buy some canned vegetables or canned food just for emergency purpose, no time to buy fresh vegetables or no much time to cook as well. We usually keep canned haricot vert (long beans), mais (corn) and champignon (mushroom). At the time like this time, Have no idea what to cook, then all canned food will be my savior. Ingrédients (for 2 persons) : - 125gr long beans - 125gr corn - 100gr lardon/smoke bacon - 1 garlic - 1/2 onion - Salt & Pepper - 2tbsp Olive Oil Preparation : - Peel garlic and cut it on minced. Put it separate. - Peel onion and cut it on sliced. Put it separate. How to Cook : - Using frying pan, heat olive oïl on medium heat. - Add garlic and cook around half minutes or until garlic well smell. - Add onion and cook again until onion half cook. - Add smoke bacon and cook again until half cook. - Add long bean, corn, salt and Pepper and cook again until all well cook. - Take out and served it with chicken or meat. Bon Appétit! You can use fresh long beans, and not canned long beans. I am sure it will be better than mine. But if you use fresh long beans, please make sure to add it first together with onion, because it takes a while until it well cook. Unless you prefer crunchy long beans (some people like it).
Well ..., it is a short recipe just like I said, emergency one if you do not have any option. Worth to try .. (/fin)
