Bonjour December ! It's the month that I Always waiting for .., with the Christmas coming and all the decoration of Christmas. Eventhough here, since October, for example at Auxerre, one of the close city around us, they already put all the Christmas decoration since mid October. Yes., October. Because when I worked for internship on mid October, they start to decorate it. My colleague during my internship at Proxilog also inform that yes, since October (even the Halloween not yet finished), they already prepare for Christmas. This year, the festive of Christmas on my town not really joyful. That's because the Church here is closed Under renovation, and I can sure that on Christmas day, all that renovation not yet finish. It is sad, because the close Church is around 5 km. So, a bit struggle for me to walk 5 km (or perhaps it is a hints from the God, asking me to start the marathon :p ). Well, despite of that, I still love December and the Christmas time. Today, for the first day on December, I want to share my recipe of "Mousse au Chocolat". Believe me, I love chocolate A LOT !! A bit calm here in France, but when I was in Jakarta, I Always keep a bar of Chocolate on my refrigerator. I prefer dark chocolate and milk chocolate. I do not adore white chocolate but I ate it sometimes. It was a long time I want to make the chocolate mousse, but the time is coming just now. The recipe that I use I read it from the box of sugar cane (Believe me) and Inside the chocolate package that once I bought. I mixed them both to have the best result. You can multiple the ingrédients if you need it to more than 2 persons. Actually I only have 2 eggs left at home, so I work with it.
