I do not know what to name my dishes right now, so I just called it Nasi Goreng Jawa. Actually it is a normal fried-rice, without chicken or anything, just I add fried eggs and some chilli called Sambal Teri Kacang. Teri is a name of small fish that usually salty. Kacang is peanuts. This chilli I got from my auntie. She has doctor conference in Geneva and because she do not have Schengen visa, she can not visit us. Fortunatelly one of my cousine who live in Le Creusot can make to visit her during her daughter school Holiday. So, she sent it all to me, and I can enjoy this Sambal Teri Kacang. For those who can not support chilli, you can skip it, because even for Indonesian, I can tell it is really hot chilli. Perhaps I can ask the recipe and try to make it and share on my bllog someday. For a moment, you can change my Sambal Teri with any crackers that you can found. So here is my simple recipe of fried rice that I call Nasi Goreng Jawa (or Javanese Fried Rice) Ingrédients (for 1 person) :

Bon Appétit ! This simple recipe of fried rice you can make it anytime. If you want your fried rice more sweet, you can add sweet soya sauce or sweet tomato sauce.
