I still can not found mâche salad here at Jakarta, but I think this salad is okay too .. I buy salad in the supermarket (foodhall) and still have a bit chicken stripes and tomate cherry. The first experiment is without biscotte. The second one I add grated biscotte and I prefer the taste with biscotte. Thus, this recipe I shared is the one with biscotte. If you do not like the biscotte, you just ignore it. If I can suggest, add the biscotte. It was delicious. Have I told you that to grate the biscotte here, I use the tools for crushing garlic, due to I do not have the proper grated tools/machine. Fortunately the result is okay .p I do not want to tell here and there, so here is my Penne Chicken Salad recipe .. Ingredients (for 2 persons) : - 4 up to 5 chicken stripes or 1 breast chicken. - Salad for 2 persons - Pasta penne for 1 person. - 10 tomate cherry. - 25gr biscotte - Salt & Pepper - dry parsley - 2 garlic - 3tbsp olive oil - 1tbsp balsamic vinegar Preparation : - Wash salad and cut it on sliced. Put it separate. - Wash tomate cherry and cut it on two. Put it separate. - Grated the biscotte, add salt & pepper and put it separate. - Peel garlic, crushed it and cut it minced. Put it separate. - Using sauce pan, cook penne on salty boil water all dente (around 10 up to 13 minutes), drained it and put it separate. How to Cook :
- Using frying pan, add 1tbsp olive oil and heat it on medium heat. - Add garlic for half minutes, then add chicken inside. Cook until chicken well cook. - Add salt, pepper and dry parsley. - Add grated biscotte and cook again until biscotte turn gold and mixed with the chicken. - Add cooked penne and mixed them well. - Take out and put it separate, and let them cool. - Using salad bowl, mixed salad and tomate cherry. - Add salt, pepper, 2tbsp olive oil and 1tbsp vinegar balsamic. Mix them well. - Add chicken-penne on salad bowl & mixed them well (make sure penne and chicken already cool). - Serve Penne Chicken Salad on the plate. Bon Appétit! (/fin)
