Today I want to share the recipe that I got from my mother in law. It is base on apple (= la pomme) and with honey (=miel) sauce. It is really easy and fast to make. If you are too lazy to make an apple cake, you can try this recipe. It is not a cake but it is nice for dessert. So, around last month, we go to one place called Jardin de Laborde. It is a place where we can buy fresh vegetables and fruit and on certain season we can directly picked our vegetables or fruits that we want to buy direct from the field. So, this Jardin de Laborde also have small mini market, where they sell their products and some of the other local product. This time, they have promotion for apple, and so me and my husband we go there to buy some vegetables and those apple. We share our vegetables and apple with my mother in law, and because still many apples to eat, I try this recipe. Ingrédients (for 4 persons) :

If you concern and afraid that still any pestiside left on the skin of apple, you can peel the skin of apple before put it on the small bowl and pour it with honey sauce. It is delicious as well.
