This recipe is inspired by my Nasi Goreng Special recipe mixed with Chinese Nasi Goreng. So, one day, when I had mâche/lamb lettuce left to cook and small pineapple to eat, then I had an idea to make this dishes. I do not know whether your tongue can accept this taste, but I assure you that it is worth to try. The sweet pineapple enrich the taste of the Nasi Goreng, and I think I will made it again soon. How to Cook :
Mâche or lamb lettuce is very fast to cook. I learnt from some suggestion found out from Google search that maximum to cook lamb lettuce is 2 minutes. Since my lamb lettuce already bought couple days ago, only one minute, it was already well cooked.
I found out as well to cook the scrambled eggs on one side of the pan while still cook another ingredients on other side is reduce the time and more efficients than cook eggs separately. You will surprise how many cook trick you can learnt by doing it. As usual, whenever I missed Indonesia, I always can cook this dishes. Riz sauté or Nasi Goreng. In English Riz = Rice, Lardon = Bacon, Ananas = Pineapple, and in Bahasa Riz = Nasi, Lardon = Daging babi asap, Ananas = buah Nanas. Enjoy cooking ! (/fin)
