This recipe I learnt from my mother in law when she visit our house here a couples of weeks ago. It can be eat as a side dish together with steak or meat. Another way for side dishes beside haricot vert (string bean), patate/pomme de terre (potatoes) or ratatouille. Ingredients (for 2 up to 3 persons) :

On the picture above you can see that I eat it with my meat that well cook (well done). I can say that the taste of this vegetables is reminds me of some sayuran (vegetables in Bahasa) dishes that my mom usually cook for me, but I refuse to eat because I do not like vegetable.
But in here, I should eat it, and for me it taste good. Sometimes need years to learnt a good side of something, but never too late to learn. (/fin)
