Today recipe inspired by my Spaghetti Bolognaise recipe. But since I have several egg plant (aubergine) at home, and you may know that I do not like Aubergine, thus I try to think about how I can cook (and eat it) willingly. Thus I came up with idea to make pasta bolognaise with aubergine. Another thing to change that I use macaroni, instead of usually spaghetti or fetuchini pasta. Still, you can use spaghetti or fetuchini if you like. I just a bit bored with long pasta, thus I use macaroni instead. And the result, I can eat aubergine without hesitation :) So, here is my recipe ..

This is how if you do not have some of the ingrédients and come up with Something that nearly succeed. I said nearly succeed because with the same ingrédients I can make Risotto as well. This time recipe I found it from internet from goodhousekeeping, with the same title Stuffed Tomatoes with Lean Ground Beef. I have ground beef at home and some of tomatoes, so I search at Google with those two key words and found out this recipe. Eventhough I change some of the ingrédients, for example I use round tomatoes, better to use long tomatoes. Another thing that I change is instead using feta cheese, I use goat cheese (because no feta cheese at home), also there's no Panko, thus I use grated biscotte instead. This time recipe that I will share I took from internet. Remember when I made Slovenian Cuisine ? That's when I search and found out that Goulash also the Slovenian Culinary. At first I thought only Germany and Austria who have Goulash. Apparently Slovenia as well. But this Goulash recipe that I found during Googling all the kind of Goulash apparently is an American Goulash. Some people say it was not Goulash at all, but real Goulash or not, I will use the same title of recipe that I found, Classic Goulash. As usual I reduce some of ingrédients to make sure it was fit for two persons. Hello October ! Hello Autumn ! Yes, now we are in October, where outside starting to be cold. I even not expect this cold when out for the Church this morning. Well, I think this recipe is good to cold situation like now. This recipe, actually I re-create it. I check on the Google how to cook coconut + beef + potatoes + carrot, and found out one Indonesian recipe called Resep Kentang Balado Santan from cookpad. So, I start from there, and change here and there, but my recipe inspired by those recipe. But then the result (my husband prepare for the worst), eventhough not good appeal (so what he calles it, merci mon amour), he said it was delicious. |
