This recipe mix between souce of tomates and boulletes de bœuf, You can just make boulette de bœuf and eat it as a snack. But to make it and eat it with pasta is another thing. Again, you can see that I use my hand-made ceramic again :) Iam proud of myself that I can made it, and moreover as my friend Haryo told me, this ceramic is dishwasher safe. You can not imagine how glad I am to hear that, and I also proven that it was right. It was dishwasher safe. This boulettes de bœuf is a bit similar with my previous recipe Boulettes de Bœuf à Coriandre that once I made, but the idea I mix with two different recipe. One is Bnedak recipe (origin dishes from Tunisie) and Cajun Meatball recipe (origin from USA). Ingrédients (for 2 persons) : - 250gr minced beef - 3 garlic - 1 shallot - 1 up to 2 eggs (I used 2, but I think 1 is enough. I just need to use it before it expired LOL) - 3tbsp olive oïl - dry parsley - dry mix herb - Salt & Pepper - 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce - Pasta Tagliatelle for 2 persons - 1 up to 2 tomates - 1 up to 2tbsp tomate sauce - 1 onion Preparation : - Peel garlic and cut it on minced. Put it separate, 1/3 used for pasta and the rest for boulettes de bouef - Peel shallot and cut it sliced. Put it separate. - Crack the eggs and whisk them well on the bowl. Put it separate. - Peel tomate and cut it on pièces. Put it separate. - Peel onion and cut it sliced. Put it separate. - Using sauce-pan, cook tagliatelles on salty boil water for around 10 minutes (al dente). Take a bit of those boil water and dry out the tagliatelles. Put it separate. How to Cook :
How to Cook the Boulettes de Bouef : - Using bowl of salad, mixed minced beef with whisk eggs, add salt, Pepper, shallot, dry parsley, mix of dry herb and Worcestershire sauce and mixed them well. - Make a form of small ball (around 3-4 cm) from the mixed of minced beef. Put it aside. - Using frying-pan, pre heat 2tbsp of olive oil, then add minced garlic Inside (2/3 portion). - Add ball of beef Inside and cook until well cook. You may needd to flip it to cook 2-3 minutes each side. Cook it until all well cook. - Take out and put it aside. How to Cook Tagliatelles avec Boulettes de Bœuf : - Using frying pan pre heat the rest of minced garlic on 1tbsp olive oil around half minutes. - Add onion and cook again until it was half cook. - Add tomate and tomate sauce, salt, Pepper and mixed herb. Mixed them well until well cook. - If sauce a bit thick, you can add a bit boil water ex pasta. - Add all beef ball Inside and mixed them well. - Take out and served it on top of your cooked tagliatelles.
