Today recipe already cook on December last year, but I just have time to share with you all today. This Tomates Farcies recipe I made by one of my cook book that I had with title GRAND CLASSIQUES : Premiers Pas from Hachette Cuisine. Yes, is a French book (LOL). That book been given for me from my mother in law. Inside there're many recipe that I already try as well. I forgot which, but some. This recipe a bit similar with the recipe Stuffed Tomatoes with Lean Ground Beef that once I made (you can found the recipe as well on my blog link above). But, a bit different. If you ask me, even this recipe a bit difficult for me to follow, I prefer this recipe because less complicated. If you're in Asia, perhaps on different day. As usual, I change a bit recipe, based on ingrédients I have and consider I just cook for the two of us, then I just use 6 tomatoes instead of 8. Too bad I have the top of tomato without their small branch. If not, it will be more beautiful just like the picture on the book. If you notice, I add as well dry shallot, because more taste and aroma than without it. But if you do not like it, you can skip it.
