So, this is the recipe that I combine with my Hainan Rice on the previous post. As you know I try reccipe from anywhere, from recipe books, internet, flyer, even some recipe I got from my mother in law, my cousine or my friend who is a Chef (real Chef at the restaurant) from Netherlands. This time, I got the recipe from Aldi flyer/catalogue. As you may know, Aldi is one of the supermarket here in France. You can find it almost everywhere around France metropolitain (that's how to called around France).

This time recipe I got from another cook book that I bought. The title of the book is Le meilleur de l'alimentation sans gluten or in English I can translate as The best ingrédients without gluten. I do not yet read all Inside the book (because beside recipe, it was also have some information about non gluten ingrédients, etc ... etc). I just fast flip back and forth the book to see the recipe, and since not all recipe have the picture on it, it was not easy to decide whether I can try it or not. Then I have this recipe, and now I know that Frittata that usually I made is the same translation pf Tortilla. Only Spanish people say it Tortilla and Italian call it Frittata. But again, the way of cooking is different. Bonjour September ! This will be my first writing in September. I found out, it is not easy to continue writing all the time, even you have a lot of time than others, consider that I still not find a job here. But being a house-wife (even without children) had many things to do. I realize how amaze all woman around the world, working or not to handle both work, children, family. I tell you, I still have 2 full basket of dry clothes and bed-sheet to iron. Since ironing is a not my hobby, usually I spare one day, special day just to ironing. Off course I still need to cook, but sometimes have no energy anymore to write. I have several dishes, picture that I still try hard to remember "how the hell I cook it ??"Yeah ... I forgot, and trust me, I have several recipe not ended in this blog because of those phenomenal. This recipe mix between souce of tomates and boulletes de bœuf, You can just make boulette de bœuf and eat it as a snack. But to make it and eat it with pasta is another thing. Again, you can see that I use my hand-made ceramic again :) Iam proud of myself that I can made it, and moreover as my friend Haryo told me, this ceramic is dishwasher safe. You can not imagine how glad I am to hear that, and I also proven that it was right. It was dishwasher safe. This boulettes de bœuf is a bit similar with my previous recipe Boulettes de Bœuf à Coriandre that once I made, but the idea I mix with two different recipe. One is Bnedak recipe (origin dishes from Tunisie) and Cajun Meatball recipe (origin from USA). |
