This recipe I got from internet, in order to search any other way to cook potatoes. When I told and show my husband the recipe I found on my IPhone, he saw and just make short comment, "Are you sure ? It was not easy to cook". That's how he encourage me (NOT). Moreover when he saw it before I put it on the oven, he was more discourage. But surprisingly, it run well, eventhough I almost destroy one sauce pan, because too long to cook the milk :p I can tell you, even until today, I still try to rescue those my sauce-pan. I call my recipe as my husband mark it. Tartiflette Maison he said. It called like that because it was like Tartiflette but since it was not baked at all, then we called it Tartiflette Maison. This is other of my experiment to finish potatoes and lardon (smoked bacon) at my refrigerator. You can eat it just like that or with salad on the side like we do. What is the best thing to do to throw away anxiety beside writing ? I hope with writing, I will be more calm Inside me. What anxiety me is about a job and working in France. I told you that I still search job in France, and the one that barier me most is about language. France language is not easy to learn. Everyday now I speak and communicate with France language, but still I some have lost in translation here and there. This morning I got call from CA at 7am here. They search for SAP functional, and found my name from my LinkedIn profile. It's tempting, but I still have anxiety about me presenting in French, and me about almost 5years ago not touching SAP MM (my last work only for SAP FI implementation). Well .., que sera sera .., whatever will be, will be .. First of all, it was good to be back. You must be wondering what the hell I was done since March no posted anything. I can tell, it was difficult to cook at Jakarta. Everything I want to eat are available with the same price (or even more if remembered to wash all the sauce-pan and all the tools used) than cooking. Just as far as my thumbs. Yes, I can order anything anytime with online application called Go-Food. No wonder I was so lazy to cook there. But here I am, back to where I belongs, back to France, and like it or not I should start to cook again. It was not easy, coz I am 'boekankoki' or not a chef, so that almost 4 months (my Gosh!) idle and not to cook, it was not easy to began. I almost forgot all that I ever cook even more to start a new recipe. At first I just want to make purée, but then I was confuse which protein I should use for the main course dishes. Thus, I ended browsing on Google and search any kind recipe that can inspired me to cook from ingredients potatoes and porc meat. I ended up with recipe called Pork & potato Supper Recipe. I do not know how they make it more colourful, but mine is ended a bit sticky and gloomy. Perhaps if I use fresh mushroom and green onion, the colour of the dishes more tempting. Well, my husband give point 4 out of 5 for my cook, thus I think not so bad at all for someone who can not cook. |
